HCA provides operational consulting to hotels and resorts seeking to improve their financial performance, guest satisfaction and revenue streams.

As part of a full operational analysis, HCA Consultants will analyse a hotel's market reach and potential, its competitive strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. A full Review report will be provided with operational recommendations and guidance for the owners and management. On request, HCA Consultants will as well assist in the implementation of these recommendations at the hotel as required.

Additionally HCA consultants will conduct regular property visits and meetings with the General Manager and the management team, review the monthly financial statements and reports, review the Marketing & Public Relations Plan as well as activities of the sales department.

These services are typically coupled with an ongoing management agreement with our sister company Eclipse Hotels & Resorts, however this is not a mandatory condition.

As part of our services we ensure that a new hotel or resort project is designed and constructed to provide for a maximum return on investment.

Apart from the Pre-Development services outlined before, we offer as well full Pre-Opening Services like the review of interior designs, kitchen layouts and equipment specifications.

Additional Pre-Opening services include the development of a full sales, marketing & public relations plan, the establishment of the hotel's goals, objectives and budgets and the establishment of Standard Operating procedures like purchasing and receiving and recruitment and training
