Song Saa Private Island, is Cambodia's first and only ultra-luxury private island resort in the Gulf of Thailand about 30 minutes by speed boat from Sihanoukhville.
The original assignment for HCA Consultants was to support the Owners of the project in the creation of the first full operational budget for the opening period of the Resort.
Later on this assignment was expanded to help the owners set-up a cost efficient operational and human resource structure for the Resort and its satellite office in Phnom Penh.
Additionally HCA consultants helped with the establishment of the Sales & marketing Plans and supported all Department Heads in the creation of their individual Operational Budgets.
What started originally as a 1 month assignment expanded into a more than 1 year assignment in order to support this unique and extra-ordinary project and make it successful
