This presentation and study was developed for the Association of Korean Restaurants in Hong Kong and sponsored by the aT Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corp.
During the development process, HCA Consultants interviewed over 1,000 Hong Kong diners to Chinese, Japanese, Korean and other Asian restaurants on their spending habits, dining and food preferences and on current and upcoming trends in their habits in Hong Kong.
The results of this study were collected and analyzed by HCA consultants and combined with general dining trends in the Hong Kong Restaurant Industry and trends and opportunities for Korean Restaurants in Hong Kong were developed and suggested.
The presentation of the Study and its suggestions was done my Managing Partner Heiko W. Zscherp at a general meeting of the Association of Korean Restaurants in Hong Kong at the Hullett House in Hong Kong's Tsim Sha Tsui district.
